Somehow, browsing Gentoo's portage I found robotfindskitten—a Zen simulator. I eventually wrote a Google Maps adaptation. I am now working on several other adaptations, including robotfindskitten via email. The Google maps version source code should be easy to find by download the page source code. The email version source code is there. It's in C and bash. Just `gcc -o rfkmsg message.c`. Then put it in /usr/local/bin or edit robotfindskitten.sh to point to it. Set up postfix or your other MTA to pipe messages to some email address to robotfindskitten.sh. Lather, rinse, refinance.
